Offering ground floor Bed & Breakfast accommodation in a modern bungalow we provide a very personal touch that our guests appreciate with a welcoming cup of tea/coffee on arrival. Rooms are decorated in a bright and elegant style with comfortable beds and those extra little touches that help to make your stay more enjoyable.
Situated in the peace and quiet of rural Fermanagh our Bed & Breakfast is ideally placed for those wishing to enjoy the countryside and yet just 1 mile from Ballinamallard village, ancestral homestead of Rudyard Kipling (1865 - 1936) and Stanley Baldwin, UK Prime Minister (1867 - 1947) and only a short journey to Enniskillen.
